Problem description:
If you are using the DB2 Setup wizard (setup.exe) to upgrade 
your DB2 server to DB2 
10.1, you may encounter an error : 
a popup window with this message "IBM(R)DB2(R) has stopped 
working" 
 
If you check the Windows application logs, you will find this
