hang requiring multiple deferred rollout delete on MDC tables

Problem description:
Multiple deferred rollout deletes on MDC tables are required 
during a hang. Here are the symptoms/requirements that are 
needed: 
 
- the system gets hung 
- MDC tables are needed 
- multiple deferred rollout deletes on one of these MDC tables 
are required -> 
A "deferred rollout delete" occurs when we have "SET CURRENT MDC 
ROLLOUT MODE DEFERRED", or when this special register is not set 
and the DB2_MDC_ROLLOUT registry variable is set to DEFER 
without a specific kind of delete.
