Problem description:
Whenever ENV_GET_DB2_SYSTEM_RESOURCES table function is run, 
following severe message gets written to db2diag.log:

Optim Performance Manager calls this table function regularly 
when monitoring the instance, so the db2diag.log gets filled 
with such messages when OPM is running.

Local Fix:
None.  The probe can be avoided if the "basic" monitoring 
profile is disabled in the OPM config for each monitored 
database, since OPM will stop calling 
SYSPROC.ENV_GET_DB2_SYSTEM_RESOURCES.  However OPM functionality 
such as Overview, logging, memory, workload, system dashboards 
would also be disabled.
