FAILED RESTORE/CREATE DATABASE ACTION MAY CAUSE TSAMP (TSA) MOUNT RESOURCES
TO BE DELETED.

Problem description:
TSA mount resources may get deleted if a RESTORE or CREATE 
DATABASE action fails. When this happens, you may see the 
following messages in the db2diag.log:
