PRECOMPILING OR BINDING AGAINST DB2 FOR Z/OS MAY RETURN ERROR SQL0101N

Problem description:
When you try to precompile your application program source file 
or bind a package from DB2 LUW to DB2 for z/OS, you 
may receive the following error "SQL0101N : The statement is too 
long or too complex" if the length of the SQL statements is 
greater than 64KB even though the allowed length of SQL 
statements on DB2 for z/OS 9.1 server is 2MB.
