MEMORY LEAK IN APPLICATION OR MSDTC.EXE USING IBM DS DRIVER WHEN PARSING
THE DB2DSDRIVER.CFG FILE & CACHE INSTANCE INFO

Problem description:
When using the IBM Data Server Driver, the application process 
may experience memory growth.  This is due to a leak in the 
memory used to parse the db2dsdriver.cfg file and to cache 
instance related information. 
 
If this is a Distributed Transaction on Windows, msdtc.exe 
will be the process showing memory growth
