ALTER TABLE may run out of STMTHEAP when processing a lot 
dependent views 
 
Error message: 
 
DB21034E  The command was processed as an SQL statement because 
it was not a 
valid Command Line Processor command.  During SQL processing it 
returned: 
SQL0727N  An error occurred during implicit system action type 
"3". 
Information returned for the error includes SQLCODE "-101",
