PREFETCH_WAIT_TIME IS DOUBLE COUNTED IN THE TOTAL_EXTENDED_LATCH_WAIT_TIME MONITOR ELEMENT. |

| Problem description: |
By design there should be no overlap between "wait time" monitor
elements. Time counted in one "wait time" monitor element should
not also be counted in another "wait time" monitor element.
The PREFETCH_WAIT_TIME monitor element measures time an agent
spends waiting for a prefetcher to load a page into the
bufferpool. The time measured in this element is double counted
in the TOTAL_EXTENDED_LATCH_WAIT_TIME monitor element. |
