DB2DART COMPLAINS ABOUT NOT_EXIST PAGES WHEN NO PROBLEM EXISTS

Problem description:
The db2dart utility may report the following error when no error 
actually exists: 
  db2dart: Error: NOT_EXIST pages not grouped by extent. 
 
This can occur when REORG INDEX(ES) is run with the RECLAIM 
EXTENTS option and either the REORG is still running or has 
failed.

Local Fix:
The db2dart report should be sent to IBM support for analysis. 
The report will contain a hex dump of the space map page that 
db2dart is complaining about.  If the extent db2dart is 
complaining about contains an SQLI_SMP2_NOT_EXIST (0x04) page, 
then all pages in the extent must be marked as 
SQLI_SMP2_NOT_EXIST page (0x04).  If this is not the case, then 
the false positive was hit with a combination of 
SQLI_SMP2_PENDING_NOT_EXIST (x05) pages and other pages in the 
extent.
