Problem IC85353 Status: Closed

GRACEFUL TAKEOVER COULD HANG FOR DB2 HADR DATABASE

product:
DB2 FOR LUW / DB2FORLUW / 970 - DB2
Problem description:
Takeover command on DB2 HADR standby could hang because HADR
fails to force off all applications on primary.
When this happens, from db2pd -db <dbname> -hadr, you can see
value of ClientsRemainingOnP is not 0. And from db2pd -edus, you
can see some "db2agent" EDUs remaining.

Local Fix:
The workaround to prevent this issue is to stop all applications
