DB2 FOR LUW / DB2FORLUW / 970 - DB2

db2look & SYSDATAPARTITIONS(LOWVALUE & HIGHVALUE) can produce 
incorrect string representation for partitioning range values. 
This issue has only been see using "FOR BIT DATA" on the DATA 
PARTITIONS columns.
