ENOTSUP (OPERATION NOT SUPPORTED) OS ERROR RECEIVED DURING ALTER TABLESPACE

Problem description:
User may received ENOTSUP (Operation not support) OS error 
during ALTER TABLESPACE operation. Operation may fail with the 
message "SQL0902C A system error (reason code = reason-code) 
occurred" or another SQL error code. Db2diag.log may contain the
