DB2 FOR LUW / DB2FORLUW / 970 - DB2

When executing clpplus, it uses temporary files on /tmp to check 
license files. Due to this problem clpplus.f3.<pid> file is not 
deleted and left on /tmp directory. If the same PID is reused 
for clpplus but the user is different from previous one, it will 
cause the permission error like as follows: 
 
$ clpplus -nw xxxxxxxx/yyyyyyyy@localhost:50000/sample 
Permission denied 
/home/db2inst01/sqllib/bin/clpplus[206]: 
/tmp/clpplus.f3.29687906: cannot create

Delete the files on /tmp/clpplus.f3.* and rerun CLPPLUS.
