DB2DART /WHAT DBBP CRASHES WITH SEGV ON A DB2INIDB'ED DATABASE |

| Problem description: |
The db2dart command to turn off the backup pending flag -
"db2dart DBNAME /WHAT DBBP OFF" may abort with SEGV on a
database that was previously setup with db2inidb.
In db2dump directory you will find a trap file
<pid>.<tid>.<node>.nonEDU.trap.txt with the following stack:
