DB2 - Problem description
Problem IC87021 | Status: Closed |
PREVENT DB2DART FROM ACCEPTING POOL RELATIVE PAGE ADDRESSES
product: | |
DB2 FOR LUW / DB2FORLUW / 970 - DB2
Problem description: | |
db2dart /DD, /DP, /IP, /DDEL accept pool relative page addresses (page address suffixed with 'p'), but interprets the address as pool relative. Starting with 9.7 only object relative pages can be used with db2dart due to the new reclaimable storage feature. db2dart usage needs to be improved to return an error message, when pool relative page addressing is used.
