DB2 - Problem description

THE DB2 FAULT MONITOR FAILS TO RESTART INSTANCE AFTER SERVER REBOOT

Problem description:
DB2 Fault Monitor does not correctly start the instance after 
server reboot.  The db2fmcd process constantly crashes and 
respawns due to hitting a segmentation fault.  As a result, it 
never spawns the db2fmd process.
