DB2 - Problem description

Problem IC87640 Status: Closed

ALTER FUNCTION STATEMENT CAN FAIL WITH SQL0104N WHEN EXECUTED VIA DB2.NET
OR CLI

product:
DB2 FOR LUW / DB2FORLUW / A10 - DB2
Problem description:
DB2 for z/OS v10 supports an "ALTER FUNCTION" statement that can
contain multiple semi-colons. When such a statement is sent by
the DB2.NET provider or by the CLI driver, the SQL statement is
truncated up to the first semi-colon. This can cause an
SQL0104N (syntax error) from the server.
