DB2 MAY ABEND IN CREATE PROCEDURE IF THE DATABASE CONFIGURATION AUTO_REVAL
SET TO DEFERRED_FORCE

Problem description:
When the database configuration AUTO_REVAL is set to 
DEFERRED_FORCE, an invalid 
database object can be created but marked with invalid. If the 
compilation of a 
CREATE PROCEDURE statement when AUTO_REVAL=DEFERRED_FORCE 
returns an error, the 
attempt to create the procedure may cause DB2 to abend with the
