UNABLE TO ENABLE THE 'RICH TEXT SUPPORT' UNDER DB2 TEST SEARCH

Problem description:
When we try to use Accessory Suite on Windows ,installation was 
successful but unable to enable the 'Rich text Support' 
Due to incorrect 'richtextTool.bat' file.
