Added new reason code for SQL0270N. 
The text for this new reason code should be 
 
"DELETE or UPDATE to a replicated materialized query table that 
includes FETCH FIRST n ROWS ONLY clause or any non-deterministic 
operation, which may result in a random set of rows are deleted 
or updated,  is not supported."
