NEW FLAG TO CONTROL " COLLECT STATISITCS " CLAUSE IN CREATE INDEX

Problem description:
Problem: db2look is generating indexes'  DDL with option 
"COLLECT DETAILED STATISTICS" 
 
Background: Research shows that this behavior was introduced 
with the fix of APAR IC71645 
 
Solution : Provide new option named -nostatsclause .
