DB2 - Problem description

Load Remote Fetch might trap and crash DB2 instance during the INDEX COPY
phase

Problem description:
When loading from cursor with database option (Load Remote 
Fetch), if there is no DELETE phase, Load might trap and crash 
DB2 instance during the INDEX COPY phase.
