DB2 - Problem description
Problem IC88641 | Status: Closed |
EXPLAIN_FROM_ACTIVITY() STORED PROC RETURNS STATUS 0 BUT NO ROWS INSERTED INTO EXPLAIN TABLES AND OUTPUT PARAMETERS ARE NULL
product: | |
DB2 FOR LUW / DB2FORLUW / A10 - DB2
Problem description: | |
After calling the explain_from_activity() stored procedure a few thousand times to explain activities from the activity event monitor, it stops working and silently fails. It returns status 0 (success) but it does not actually insert any rows into the explain tables. It also returns null for all its output parameters. Once this state has been reached, all further explain_from_activity() calls will silently fail the same way.
