DB2IUPGRADE COMPLETES WITHOUT ERROR HOWEVER DOES NOT UPGRADE THE INSTANCE |

| Problem description: |
When customer has run <Current DB2 Level Install
Path>/cfg/db2ln, db2iupgrade completes without error however
does not upgrade the instance.
REPRODUCTION:
Machine has NO Existing DB2 Installation.
db2_install: /opt/IBM/db2/V9.5FP10
/opt/IBM/db2/V9.5FP10/cfg/db2ln
cd /opt/IBM/db2/V9.5FP10/instance
./db2icrt -u db2inst1 db2inst1
su - db2inst1 -c "db2start;db2sampl -xml -sql;db2stop"
Install v10.1:
cd /home/tmp/v10.1fp1_aese
./db2setup -t v10_trace.log -l v10_install.log -r db2aese.rsp |
tee db2setup.log
cd /opt/IBM/db2/V10.1FP1/instance
./db2iupgrade -d -u db2inst1 db2inst1 2>&1 | tee
db2iupgrade_db2inst1.log
