incorrectly

Problem description:
The function pdEDUIsInDB2KernelOperation incorrectly parses the 
function 
name, resulting in the component being incorrectly determined. 
 
e.g. from db2diag.log 
 
FUNCTION: DB2 UDB, RAS/PD component, 
pdEDUIsInDB2KernelOperation, probe:600 
DATA #1 : String, 66 bytes

DATA #2 : String, 3 bytes 
oss 
 
We find the string "oss" in "skipToNextPossible..." and think 
this function is in the OSS component, which is incorrect.
