DB2 - Problem description

DB2IUPGRADE OF PURESCALE FAILS IF FENCED USER'S RLOGIN IS NOT SET TO
TRUE.

Problem description:
During a db2iupgrade of a pureScale instance, it may fail if the 
fenced user does not have rlogin=true.  This is not a 
requirement, but the upgrade code currently tests for that. 
This APAR is open to correct that test.

Local Fix:
Set rlogin=true for the fenced user to complete the db2iupgrade 
and revert it after you are done.
