Problem description:
Load MIGHT trap and crash the instance when the following 
conditions exists: 
-- Table includes many columns along with at least a primary key 
or unique index 
-- Load from CURSOR or IXF 
-- METHOD N is specified with a long list of column names 
-- The data loaded contains duplicate records so that the DELETE 
phase is needed
