-901 ERROR MAY OCCUR DURING CREATE TABLE DDL OPERATION AND FODC_APPERR
DIRECTORY GENERATED

Problem description:
-901 error may occur during create table DDL functions, and 
FODC_AppErr directory is generated in db2dump directory. The 
instance is not crashed.
