ADD WINDOW DOES NOT APPEAR USING IBM DATA SERVER DRIVER FOR ODBC AND CLI |

| Problem description: |
When IBM Data Server Driver for ODBC and CLI is installed,
"ODBC IBM DB2 Driver - Add" windows does not appear after
pushing Add Button in ODBC Data Source Administration window.
The user can not create a new ODBC data source for DB2 ODBC
driver. |

| Local Fix: |
For 32bit environment, copy msvcr100.dll from
clidriver\bin\x86.VC10.CRT to Windows\System32 folder.
For 64bit environment, copy msvcr100.dll from
clidriver\bin\amd64.VC10.CRT to Windows\System32' folder.
Or use IBM Data Server Driver Package instead of IBM Data Server
Driver for ODBC and CLI.

| Workaround |
For 32bit environment, copy msvcr100.dll from
