Problem description: | |
Db2iupgrade will hang forever during the DB2 ACS upgrade step, when special files are located in the sqllib/acs directory. The following process in the ps output will never come to an end: /usr/bin/cp -prf /db2/XXX/sqllib_v97/acs /db2/XXX/sqllib This happens, when the sqllib/acs directory contains special files like named pipes. In addition, symbolic links are not copied correctly to the destination directory as well. | |
