DB2 FOR LUW / DB2FORLUW / 970 - DB2

When an MQT or statistical view is present, query compiler 
decides whether the incoming query can be routed to MQT and 
whether uses MQT or statistical view stats to adjust estimated 
cardinality of query plan. If query has an equality predicate 
colX = colY, where colX and colY are integer type but with 
different length, e.g. colX is smallint and columY is bigint, 
and if MQT or statview has predicate colY = colX where the 
operand order is swapped, compiler would either not match MQT or 
statview or not apply cardinality adjustment properly.

Change MQT or statistical view definition to have its predicate 
used the same operand order as the query.
