DB2 INSTANCE MIGHT CRASH DUE TO INVALID TRANSACTION STATE AFTER ONLINE TABLESPACE ROLLFORWARD |

| Problem description: |
DB2 instance might crash in certain cases where online
tablespace rollforward is done, due to invalid transaction
state.
The problem is likely to be encountered when online tablespace
rollforward is used, and a transaction manager function is
called in the wrong context.
Diagnostics eye-catcher entries in the db2diag.log may look like
