Problem description:
DAS may crash with similar stack trace as below on Windows:

- This problem can be occured on any platform and stack 
  traceback may vary. 
- No specific problem reproducible scenario has found. 
- The reason of crash might be a thread tried to close a handle 
  that was invalid or illegal to close. 
- One of the potential reasons might be closing it twice. 
- We plan to fix it by catching the exception and logging it in 
  db2diag.log. So no more crashes will happen.
