DB2_DEINSTALL/INSTALLFIXPAK FAILS WITH MINOR ERROR ON RHEL 6 WHILE STOPPING

Problem description:
Installing/Uninstalling a DB2 fixpack on RHEL 6 platform 
succeeds with  a minor error while stopping the fault monitor 
 
Description : Updating existing DB2 instances 
Task #31 end 
 
A minor error occurred during the execution. 
 
 The trace shows we fail while stopping the fault monitor as we 
are using the old method of stopping it on RHEL 6

In this case, the db2fmcd process may still be running. It can 
be stopped by issuing the "initctl stop db2fmcd" command on RHEL 
6.
