DB2CAEM RETURNS SQL0104 WHEN SQL HAS SINGLE QUOTE

Problem description:
When db2caem is ran with SQL that has single quote, it returns 
error as below: 
 
 
SQL: 
select * from t2 where col1 <> '3' 
 
db2caem -d sample -st "select * from t2 where col1 <> '3'"
