SYSIBMADM.DBCFG NOT DISPLAYING FLAGS AND DEFERRED FLAGS VLAUE COMPUTED

Problem description:
When you set database memory to COMPUTED the flags and deferred 
flags value returned by administrative view SYSIBMADM.DBCFG is 
displayed as NONE instead of COMPUTED. 
 
# db2 connect to SAMPLE 
# db2 update db cfg using database_memory COMPUTED 
 
# db2 "SELECT substr(NAME,1,20) as name, value_flags, 
deferred_value_flags FROM TABLE(SYSPROC.DB_GET_CFG()) where name 
= 'database_memory'"
