DB2DART FAILING TO RUN WITH SQLSPCS FILES MORE THAN 2G SIZE |

| Problem description: |
db2dart is failing to run when the SQLSPCS.1 and 2 files
are more than 2G size
Example :

| Solution |
V97FP9 and above releases/fixpacks contain the fix. db2dart
should not fail when SQLSPCS file is more than 2G size. |
