Problem description:
DB2 XMLTABLE function consumes excessive user CPU time if it 
returns a large number of rows on DPF. 
 
Performance improvement for queries returning a large number of 
rows, where the XMLTABLE function is used. 
- XMLTABLE can consume excessive USER CPU Time 
- Query can take a long time to process XML documents
