DB2 - Problem description

RETURN OF SQL0083C MAY CAUSE A HANG in an SMP environment.

Problem description:
Having SQL0083C returned may result in a hang of the database. 
This is only in a SMP env. (INTRA_PARALLEL YES)

DB21034E  The command was processed as an SQL statement because 
it was not a 
valid Command Line Processor command.  During SQL processing it 
returned: 
SQL0083C  A memory allocation error has occurred.
