PROBLEM DESCRIPTION

ADMIN_CMD gives out one-digit number of operation ID 
 
 (1) Ran ADMIN_CMD with the parameter below. 
 IMPORT FROM 
/dir1/f1.csv 
OF DEL MODIFIED BY COLDEL, timestampformat="HH:MM:SS" MESSAGES 
ON SERVER REPLACE INTO Table1 
 
 (2) Message returned from MSG_REMOVAL column after ADMIN_CMD 
procedure call 
 CALL SYSPROC.ADMIN_REMOVE_MSGS('5') 
 
 (3) Exception occured when ran "CALL 
SYSPROC.ADMIN_REMOVE_MSGS('5')" 
      com.ibm.db2.jcc.am.SqlException: The utility operation ID 
is not 
      valid.. SQLCODE=-1156, SQLSTATE=     , DRIVER=3.64.82
