TEXT SEARCH INDEX UPDATE ERROR "CLI0129E,THERE ARE NO MORE HANDLES TO
ALLOCATE" WHEN INDEXING LARGE NUMBER OF DOCUMENTS

Problem description:
db2ts "update index <index_name> for text" throws the below 
error message  in text search event view 
 
"CLI0129E,There are no more handles to allocate" 
 
when indexing large number of documents and using very small 
UPDATEAUTOCOMMIT (i.e. more commit cycles)

Fixed in DB2 V10.1 FP3
Workaround
Use large values for UPDATEAUTOCOMMIT  (i.e less commitcycles)
