DB2 - Problem description

STORED PROCEDURES RANDOMLY FAILS WITH ERROR SQL1124N

Problem description:
After upgrading  to DB2 10.1 FP2, your stored procedures may 
randomly fails with error SQL1124N. 
 
From the db2diag.log, you can first see this particular message:
