db2 fails to manage the partial log record and cause failure on consequent rollforward |

| Problem description: |
With situation where
- partial log record as the last log record in last log used in
rollforward
- and no open transaction to be undo
db2 will fail to manage that partial log record and cause fail
on the consequent rollforward thru that partial log record log
again. |
