Problem IC95146 Status: Closed

THE LOAD COMMAND WITH THE REMOTE FETCH OR SOURCEUSEREXIT OPTIONS MIGHT FAIL
TO INSERT SOME ROWS INTO A TABLE

product:
DB2 FOR LUW / DB2FORLUW / A50 - DB2
Problem description:
LOAD utility might fail to insert some rows if one of the
following LOAD options are involved.

- Remote fetch (a load from a cursor where the cursor is
declared using the DATABASE keyword)
- SOURCEUSEREXIT

This is a timing related issue that has been observed when
concurrently running a large number of such LOADs.

This problem exists in the version 9.8 fix pack 3 and more
recent versions of the DB2 product. The 9.7 version of the DB2
product and prior versions are not affected by this issue.

The problem does not exist when target system where we run the
LOAD operation is a partitioned database environment.
