IBM DATA SERVER DRIVER .NET DLL FILES NOT UPGRADED AFTER INSTALL OF SPECIAL BUILD |

| Problem description: |
After applying a special build to an existing install of IBM
Data Server Driver package on Windows platforms, the existing
.NET driver libraries (IBM.Data.DB2.dll,
IBM.Data.DB2.Entity.dll, IBM.Data.Informix.dll) are not
replaced. This is because driver versioning of these DLL files
is not updated for a special build, so the Windows Installer
does not replace the files. A fresh install of the IBM Data
Server Driver package will not exhibit this issue. The build
process has changed to update the driver version on each
incremental build. |
