db2iupdt fails while trying to move instance to newly installed fixpack location, if fixpack is installed using Universal image Steps to repro ------------------ 1)install 10.1fp1 and create an instance 2)run installfixpack from 10.1fp2 Universal image and install fixpack to different location 3) run db2iupdt from 101.fp2 installed location to update 10.1fp1 instance to 10.1fp2 It fails with following error ERROR: There is no DB2 product on the media located at "/opt/IBM/db2/V10.1FP2_SB/sd". ERROR: The "db2iupdt" command failed. Ensure the command parameters are valid, that errors reported in the log file are fixed, then rerun the command. | |
