UNDER RARE MEMORY CONDITIONS, STMM HASH JOIN SIMULATION MAY FAIL AND CAUSE
FODC TO BE PRODUCED

Under rare memory conditions, STMM hash join simulation may fail 
and cause FODC to be produced.
