DB2 - Problem description

USERS ON AIX IN DB2 V10.1 FP3, DASJVM::INITIALIZATION ERROR IN DB2DIAG.LOG,
SQLCODE: -22209 RETURNED.

Local Fix:
Create a softlink 
libjvm.a in <instal_path>/sqllib/java/jdk64/jre/bin/classic/ 
"ln -s libjvm.so libjvm.a"

DB2 Version 10.1 Fix Pack 6 for Linux, UNIX, and Windows

Solution
The libraries were getting updated but the new libraries were 
not pointed out, so this APAR fixed the library errors and use 
newer libraries
