DB2 - Problem description

DURING RESTART OF THE SERVER, DB2FMCD PROCESS CAN REPORT MESSAGE THERE IS
ALREADY A COPY OF FAULT MONITOR DAEMON PROCESS RUNNING

When the db2 fault monitor is configured to start on system 
reboot. 
After a reboot the following message can be seen in the 
db2diag.log.
