DB2 - Problem description

IF THE DB2SYSC PROCESS DEPLETES THE PROCESS HEAP AN ATTEMPT TO ALLOCATE
ADDITIONAL MEMORY MIGHT LEAD TO A PROCESS TRAP.

Problem description:
After db2 attempts to allocate memory it will then attempt to 
read this memory.  When we read from the memory we get begin to 
panic and error messages similar to the below are in the 
db2diag.log
